This video does not contain information about how to cast a bait casting rod. It goes through the anatomy but nothing about casting. Description is misleading. Thumbs down. Otherwise, great information!
I find it harder to reel with my left (i'm a righty)
why cant you use heavier line on a spinning rod?
I have watched most of your videos but I never caught what kind of bait caster and rod you use?
Great Video! Thanks….
I don't have a magnetic break, ?
Best….
whats the diff between casting reel and spinning reels?
This is good information cause I'm good at baitcast
I use 50lb braid…
My line guide(level wind) is stuck and will only move when I reel in sometimes and the reel is brand new! It doesn't even have string yet and my line guide(level wind) only moves half the time!!! What can I do?
That's a right handed reel sherlock.
doesn't mean he's left. I am right handed and reel with my right like this guy.
It's on the other video dumbass.

anyone notice his shirt says "skeeter"?
its the opposite for me. lol
so how do you cast it like the video title suggests?
You need to change the name of the video. This video didn't show me how to cast a baitcast reel
Please watch our video of MONSTER BASS we caught this spring!!! Thanks
wrong….that is a RIGHT HANDED BAITCASTER reel, notice how he reals with his right hand….that is just the way baitcasters are made. if he reals with his left hand it is a left handed baitcaster.
Are you right or left handed? Your reel has the reel on the right, so are you left handed? Mine is on the left, and i'm right handed, and it's so difficult to get, i'm wondering if it's the reel.
Its weird I reel with my left but I'm a righty
hell yea we rule bro no matter what
that's normal to most people. although you might be a lefty with a spinning reel, there aren't to many people who use a lefty baitcaster. it just feels really awkward using a lefty baitcaster if you start with a righty one before it. if youre using a baitcaster for the first time, then it might be easier to learn with a lefty one but its your choice
you're left hand is the best to reel with i find, because the right hand is the best to lift a fish up.
Heavier lines (17lb) doesn't that mean a shorter distance of casting? Especially with light weight jigs? Are these baitcasters purposely for 'heavier lines' and larger jigs only OR is that just a feature, and a light weight line and jig would also work great on it? I'm thinking of getting one, a rod and a reel – planning on going full jigs and artificial baits/crankbaits, the casting and reeling in technique BUT this 'heavier line purpose' is throwing me off, especially when my jigs are light.
When i use a spinning reel, i use my left hand to reel… i see a ton of ppl using baitcasters reeling in on the right side.. idk wich side id nees for baotcasting lol help?
i am responsible for all of those…:|
